1: Payment:
Payment is made at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
2: Cancellation:
If you are unable to attend the booked session, you can transfer your booking to the next available event in the area. You can only transfer once for a booking. Transfer can only be made upto 10 working days (Monday to Friday) before the event. Cancellations within 10 working days can not be transferred.
We reserve the right to cancel the event at any time
3: Information:
Networking sessions are about meeting people - when booking for one of our events, you are giving permission for your contact details to be added to the attendee list that is given to each of the delegates.
Your information will be kept on our system, and we will use this to let you know when the next event will be taking place in your area.
We will not share your contact details with 3rd parties. Delegate names are required by the venue for H&S reasons.
4: Training & Marketing
We may from time to time record / photograph our networking sessions - when making your booking, you are giving permission for us to use any images for training & marketing purposes. |
